Technical Confirmation
Before shipment or production, we work with you to confirm key technical parameters, including operating limits, material selection, structural configuration, connection standards, and any special requirements.

Order & Production
After technical confirmation, the order proceeds according to project type: in-stock items are shipped directly, standard products enter the production schedule, and customized projects are manufactured based on the confirmed solution, with execution aligned to the agreed technical and commercial terms.

Product Inspection
All products undergo a complete inspection process before shipment, including performance testing, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment checks. Test records and quality documents are retained, with key data traceable to support delivery and follow-up service.

Packaging & Logistics
Products are packed according to applicable standards and are typically shipped from the Port of Shanghai. We can work with your nominated freight forwarder or provide coordinated logistics support when required.

After-sales Support
Delivery is not the end of our involvement. We continue to follow up on feedback, assist with technical documentation, and provide support as needed during operation.

During the warranty period, Aulank provides free repair or replacement for failures caused by product design, material selection, or manufacturing defects.
Warranty Management
We maintain a clear after-sales and warranty management system.
During the project stage, we participate in contract and technical term reviews to define warranty scope, duration, and responsibilities in advance, ensuring that project execution and after-sales support are traceable and well managed, while reducing operational and maintenance risks for customers.

Warranty Period
Standard products, project-based orders, and equipment for specific operating conditions shall comply with the defined warranty terms. The warranty start date shall be determined by the date of shipment, delivery, or acceptance criteria.
After-Sales Support Methods
Depending on the issue type and actual conditions, Aulank provides multiple after-sales support options, including remote technical communication, spare parts supply, complete pump replacement, and on-site support when necessary.
